THE FIRST MONTH’S RENT IS REQUIRED TO MOVE IN. IF MOVE IN DATE IS ON THE 2nd OR AFTER, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE FULL NEXT MONTHS RENT WITH APPROPRIATE PRORATION OF RENT FROM THE MOVE IN DATE.
